the scroll bars are apple scroll bars here, safari doesn't let them be changed
im not trying to dump on you or your work or anything like that, my point is, the similarities are nothing to goto court over so you have the option of telling them off and moving on, or taking the high road, because a company that doesn't have the skills to do the work they offer isnt going to last long, and their price range is so far under market value they cheapen themselves right from the get go. my advice is to let it go, or maybe send them and invoice for the work you did that they're using.
