HAHA! I like this thread so much I just keep reading it again and again... Gilt001, I'm happy to hear from someone in Seattle that likes fire water. Everytime I go up there, it seems like everybody's just drinking beer. Fat Tire, Moose Drool, ESB, blah blah blah... They should build a Tirkey distillery right next to the Pyramid Brewery. That would be great. Do a Tirkey tour, then go next door and do a Pyramid tour for a beer chaser sample...
