one of my favorite things for lunch that is so easy to make the night before is a cheese bun, vegetarian soy sandwich meat, mixed greens, and tomato. it is SUCH a good sandwich, takes two minutes to make and is healthy! i would much rather have that than a crappy fastfood chicken burger
