actually pit bulls aren't any more aggressive towards humans than a lab or spaniel, it's just that when they are taught that it's ok to attack people they do a lot more damage and you tend to hear more about it. pit bulls can be, however, aggressive towards other dogs once they get to be 3 or so. especially if they're in a single-dog living environment.
