really slow - and the site doesn't seem to flow the wood up top and the shodowed panels don't really compliment each other - and the boxes confine the text why not lose them to help open up the page.
also - why do the whole thing in flash - if you want image transitions - do those in flash and the rest of the site html - will also help with your load.
