1. ditch META tags theyre useless (only yahoo uses the description tag)
2. TITLE tags should be keyword rich e.g. "web design London"
3. On page coded heirachy use H1 tags etc, use STRONG, Use list items
4. on page anchor text KEY PHRASE
5. off page anchor text Web Design London - THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT
6. get as many links to your site using your target key phrase as possible - make sure the links are valid and not ones that pass through a tracking script
7. call me if it doesnt work - £500 per day :)
