nice work, -kappa-.
You have some weird kerning on page 4.
Also, why not make the table of contents link to that area of the site (i.e. Clicking "Ice Hockey" takes you directly to page 21?
One more thing on that page... maybe make it a bit easier for the reader's eye to connect the page number with the section title using leaders, etc.
