lilbabyarm - you hit the tiny nail on the head with a sledgehammer. So true.

Please allow me to dispel some of the confusion I see coming from this thread. Truth is yes Who's We DID infact try to contact several designers because we are experiencing growth in the company and we managed to find three designers from the US and will be bringing them in soon with room for one 3d artist. I don't see the reasoning behind calling us "jackasses" if we were the ones that recongnized the talent and sought after their skillset. We operate as a family, not a corporate presence and that is something of great value to us. Our motto has always been work hard and play rociously (together as a family). Unlike headhunter agencies and other means of conventional hire, our CEO happens to be a brilliant psychologist with little room for ignorance. His aggressive behavior during the interview process allows him to attain more information about the potential hire than any conventional interview process in corporate america. Any active designer in the industry will tell you how important
deadlines must be met (by any means). Who's We's work pace is faster than your typical design firm. When people can't wait for the weekend to party, we are in the dungeon exploring new strategies and methods
for stimulation. Our portfolio has not updated in a LONG while for good reasons. We are busy with good quality work (some the public will never know of). I'm saddened to see the design community come to such hate like this. We can take the criticism, if you don't like us, that's ok, and if you do, right on, but why talk $hit if all you have is an impulse opinion about a company you have no clue about. For all those who have supported us, we thank you tremendously. We wish every designer out there great success.

    Information Through Stimulation.
