i don't know much about it either but, someone tell me if i'm wrong, if you have a partnership and someone fucks up, every partner is liable for it, because you guys are the company... if you incorporate there'll be less liability because the company is its own entity
theres pros/cons for either of course but i suggest you really look up your options
