If you are 28 and you've lived in MN your whole life I think it's something that you HAVE to do.
No Question.
I'm 28 and getting married in 3 weeks and I'll probably start looking to buy a home in the next couple of years.
You may not be at that place in your life but when it happens, it's faster than you think and there is no way to plan for it.
I think you should go for it.
