depends on how much your car is worth and how much it is to fix it. if the cost of the fix is almost as much as the car is worth buy new, if not fix it.
if it is turned itself into junk your best bet may be to 'ride' (cause you can't drive it) down a hill really fast and wrap it around a tree and claim a deer ran out in front of you.
