zach,
is he using your email server for relay or just an erroneous email address. If it is the later then therte is nothing you can really do except ask people harrassed by this guy for his IPAddress in the header of the email. Then with that IP I would lookup his ISP on ARIN.net andcontact them to see if they can resolve the situation. If it is a relay problem with your mail server then just turn off relay. My companies server got blacklisted for two years because they had open relay going. It may be easier to use open relay but its totally not worth it in the long run.
