bulletfactory, you're so right, "friend" and "buddy" have such different connotations--excuse me for getting the terms confused when i was addressing your silly joke. by doing so, clearly i demonstrated a "limitation of memory retention"
just to be clear, in response to your abhorted attempt at quotation, the subject line of this post is girlfriend experience, it is not included in the same block as "an old friend". they are on separate lines. nobody else but a dude w/ a profile image with his shirt off would confuse the two, and read it as you did...
