what are you using a PC? If so go with Sony Vegas Video at http://mediasoftware.sonypicture… it's simple and does the job very well. You might want to think about using a 3rd party tool like Sorenson Squeeze as well at http://www.sorenson.com which will compress your files and keep the quality.
