The bold words are pointless. The purpose of seperating words by making some bold and some not is for emphasis. The way they are being used does not take into account the heirarchy created by using a bolder face. For example, "Kim" is bold and "Burton" is not. In most cultures, the last name is the mre important, and thus should be the bold. by "Kim" being bold, you are highlighting the less important first name, and thus screwing up the heirarchy. You need to look at this and decide what should be bold and what should not. Go study some early New Wave design to see some great examples of hw this technique is used effectively.
