Iraq = staved for last 10 years, less moral. Osama got their back.
n korea= been preparing for war for last 50 years. everyone ready to fight. high moral. fight to death. dirty nukes. mid range ballistic missle. one of the top trained army in the world. (ratio for kill rate per n korean soldier was about 1 - 12 . 1997 figure)
