yeah, London is extremely expensive, and people do earn more there.. or else you cannot pay the rent.
But if you are planning to come to the Netherlands, think twice about Amsterdam, it is incredibly hard to find a place to live and it will be damn expensive.
Rotterdam can be a fair alternative, although it's pretty tough in almost the entire country to find a decent spot.
Get yourself well informed before you make a move, heavy.
