It's been a long time since I saw the orginal three; I'd like to give them another spin. The last two (and the third, I'm guessing) are just crap. The only reason they would ever have been made was because of Lucas' name. Change the names and the places and they would have been straight to video B-grade dreck.
Funny thing is I'm not really even a fan, but I still find them offensive.
How about Spielberg editing the Secret Service men's guns out in favour of walkie-talkies in the ET rerelease? Nice.
