Flash and 508

    I understand alot of people would be against it, But the "site" will be presented on a cd and the guy so i need to use flash or director plus he wants it to "really draw potential candidates in" so he wants alot of movement. Which seems to go against alot of the 508 regulations. So I was hoping to find more specifically someone who has used 508 compliant flash in a non-traditional website manner (ie no left nav, using objects to link sections etc..) Damn Im long winded
