    here is what i know(although i have ever done it myself):
    flash MX helps a lot by allowign content magnification, mouse free nav, ability to create text equivilants, ability to specify tab-order for buttons.
    you need to make sure that there is no strobing, colour cant be required to navigate (ie. you cant say"click the red button" or make colour changing the only way to discern links.)
    include a clear link to the required plug-in with alt tag.

    i reccomend 2 books.
