In the projector world... you get what you pay for. Never buy used unless you check the bulb life. Most of the projectors I use have around a 1700 hour bulb life and the replacement bulbs start at around $500 USD. Check into leasing first until you can try out a few before you make a final choice. The cost of maintenance will kill you.
Its all about the Lumens!
