I hear they use middle eastern TV channels' antennas to broadcast. they boost up the amp to reach Iraq. Sometimes they use AWACS c5 plane to broadcast but by doing so they reveil their location ... AWACS are mainly used for mission control, radio jamming, communication transfer, and other use....
i wish i could tape them propaganda...
