er...ok...teh lack of any sign of a formal grid, or structure for that matter I find quite defeating.
It's very flat and emotionless and I don't really know what to look at first...you've just stacked modules on top of each other.
I would reccommend having another look at it from a hierarchial point of view and rework the navigation.
try to bring in a bit of texture and a bit more color - or at least a color scheme that isn't quite so confusing.
