Get it! I've had Applecare on 3 Macs so far...
On a G3 Powerbook I had the motherboard, drive, outer casing, DVD drive, battery and those little rubber feet replaced. (Hmmm Apple quality not so good?)
On a PowerMac they replaced the harddrive when it failed at almost 3 years, (and they did the replacement almost a year after the warranty expired). OK Applecare didnt quite pay for itself there.
My new Powerbook has had screen replaced, casing (it fell on floor, so I had to pay for that bit), but it's nice to know they guarantee it all including anything related to the drop, for another 2 years...
Plus they walk you through all troubleshooting very systematically.... Three years of guaranteed hardware repair and hardware/software troubeshooting makes a lot of sense if its for business...
