as a resident of edinburgh and formerly zurich, I too have come to the conclusion that Scotland (and indeed the rest of the uk) is a third world country....and despite having lower standards of education, health public transport et al than most eastern european countries I find it absolutely perverse to be spending the kind of cash Tony Boy is on war mongering on foreign shores......
