A customer for commercial carpeting. If that clears it up. One thing that was stressed on the job order was the "voice of the customer." Maybe there is something to that. Of course, if I have someone in profile with indications of of voice coming from their mouth, it might look like they are yelling. Angry customers. Not a good thing.
