firstly, wtf is this about paying $500 for a doctors vist. is it a celebrity doctor or sommat.
I have had bronhitis since i was a child and am growing out of if but smoking doesn't help. only use your inhaler when you have to. they weaken your lungs over time. If you have a phlegm problem by a €2.50 bottle of decongestant (not cough mixture) from the pharmacy or get something like olbas oil.
when i was younger i used to get a big bowl of boiling water. pour in some olbas oil and then put a towel over my head and the bowl and breath the steam for like 10-20 mins.
that should help get rid of some of the shit lining your lungs.
