Saw it this weekend.
I thought it was brilliant - Mr Braff has a bright future ahead of him - I thought some of the filming was excellent - esp the ecstacy scene in the dude's house....great story...great acting - the chemistry between portman and braff was electric....
and not to mention teh soundtrack! went out and got the cd right after the movie - it's awesome - any film that uses nick drake stuff is a winner!
