well perhaps not 'impossible' but certainly highly unlikely, due to the bitter court case re. royalties, Morrissey and Marr were getting 40% and Andy Rourke and Mike Joyce were getting just 10%, Morrissey even referred to these two as "mere session musicians as readily replaceable as the parts of a lawnmower" which is perhaps somewhat true but I dont think they were particularly happy with that.
