the only way it could work would be to take thick plastic and cover your house with it. However, how would you breathe?
Mostly though, all you need is cover. That would be about all you cold do.
In the Chem suiits the military uses powdered charcoal as an absorbent inside the lining part of the suits. But the rubber part on the suit would protect the body from any agents contacting the skin. Of course, they have gas masks so they dont have to breathe it. Most of us dont....
They should issue gas masks - or at least offer them at new stands so we could grab one real quick on our lunch breaks....
