  and btw.
  here in the Netherlands there's been made an exception for classic cars AND American cars (and the likes) to use different and/or smaller plates that fit the space available for it! While everyone else has to strictly obey the new guidelines for license plates.

  Good to see there's been made an exception for esthetic reasons.. kinda odd innit?
