Body background at #333333 then the site is in a table split into (this is all guesses) 3 rows, inside the middle row is another table with 3 columns in it, the middle column at 5 pixels wide and the other two columns both have iframes inside them, which is how the two columns work seperatly from each other. Inside each of these iframes are more iframes, but it just gets complicated from there.
