My dad has bad snoring problems, he went to a clinic and they told him he wakes up out of a deep sleep about 70 times an hour, and the volume was like over 40 db or something.
He wears this breathing thing now when he sleeps; he tells me it helps so much and he wakes up feeling great now. I guess the only downside of it is that my mom probably feels like shes sleeping beside Darth Vader.
