i have worked for a large agency before... so I dont know what you are talking about, I worked for 3 months at an agency and decieded it was not for me. They wanted to sign me, and I decided to leave to do my own thing.

Once you are locked into a company, its hard to leave with bills to pay and a car to take care of, and whatnot... alot of older friends in agencies tell me that all the time... is see that as a last resort for me, but thats my own opinion.
