I had 3 people sitting in on a few interviews all taking notes, don't let it faze you... my approach is to try and turn it around so that you are interviewing them.
interview questions i found it helpful to be prepared for:
what is the design process you work to?
how do you keep up to date with developments in the industry? have you read any articles recently related to the industry, what was it about and what is your opinion on that issue?
have you been in a situation of conflict at work before - how did you deal with it?
have you ever had to convince a client to do / not do something? how did you convince them?
also you should research their company fully and know specific examples of their work that "made you want to work for them" - that way they know you really want to work for their company and they're not just one on a list of 50.
