well said.
if you've ever met mike young or mike cina (arguably the 2 most influencial designers in our little webby world), you know that they're 2 of the most humble, friendly and grounded people you've ever met.
if these guys are truly and honestly humble, what gives you as a designer, the right to be any different?
as a young designer (especially one without a formal education in design), you have to understand that you don't know shit. how can you expect to grow when you think you know it all already?
and no, you didn't start any shit today - but you still need your ego re-adjusted, in a major way.
