Actually I would not say ALL of their clients are happy. I spoke to a client of theirs who was furious with them b/c they delivered a site that was way too large for the amount of traffic they were getting. They complained about things like confusing U.I., long waits for pages, and flash that was difficult to update.
I personally think their style has a time and place but for me the work of companies like blast radius speak much more.
