thanks for all your feedback.
I was made Redundant (laid off) and i was very good at my job the only thing about it as time went on i had less and less to do (it was like they were pushing me out!!) thats why i began to hate the place. I mean i knew there was no where for me to go (to move up in the company) but that doesn't give them the right to treat me the way they did. I work hard and put in the extras when needed. I even learned loads of stuff i never knew before. Plus made some really good friends (the ones i can trust).
Its sad but i really think I am going to look into this further its not the money its the principle of the whole thing.
It's difficult to explain to you all as there is so much to the whole thing and i would be here all day!!! :)
