I use Featureprice as well. I've had 2 domains there for almost a year. Yes, the service has been pretty reliable, but I'm a little worried.
They no longer offer technical support. Have you tried getting help from them lately? They used to offer a helpdesk, which is now a broken link. And phone support? No more, they keep you on hold for 5 minutes then HANG UP on you.
I like that I have a GIG of server space but the lack of support has me shopping around come time to renew.
(I've written to their sales office about this and have heard no reply).
