Im inclined to agree with Riz.
Although you may need to look at doctoring the T so it is the same hight as all the other letters. This will give the logo more solidity and balance.
The reason i say this is that there is a degree of symetry in the name.TEN ONE 10 01
This symetry is nice an unique I feel it needs to be played up more. With that the serif will give it charater.
It always to think what this will look like next to other logos of the same ilk. Does it have presence is it formidable.
Never the less it needs to be balanced and complete within it's own compisition. Unless that is if you are trying to creat tension. Then the above doesn't apply.Just my thoughts....
