Will Oldham has some songs that are absolutely perfect. I don't think it matters if he's off key or not. He has the same touch as Neil Young and Tom Waits, Something about their voices, the words and the music that together makes their music hard to breakdown.. it just works.
(Others I'd consider having this similar gift include Isaac Brock and Hayden).
