This shite about plastic sheeting, duct tape, canned food, and bottled water is absolutely pure evil.
If, God forbid, there were a "nucular", bio, or chem weapon attack, it would be about as helpful as the "duck n' cover" exercises promoted during the Cold War - as if hiding under a wooden desk would save someone at ground zero in a nuke strike.
Basically, it's just another attempt by the administration to send chills up all of our spines and put a damper on doubts about Shrub's war plans...or at least a damper on people *voicing* their doubts.
Just look how the Bush junta and their lackeys have gone mad trying to glean some sort of connection between bin Laden and Hussein from the latest bin Laden tape.
It's absolutely criminal.
