here's my advice... clean the lens first, try to use it... if nothing, then open up the ps2 and try to do the white gear adjustment. if that doesnt work I would just buy a new ps2. brand new ones are only 149 now and if you buy the replacement lens and it isnt the problem, you just wasted 50 bucks.
