as i stated earlier, the problem is a defective user, i worked for two years at customer service for electronics, and a good portion of people have no idea what their doing, or talking about, and bitch and complain that the products are crap, but they really havn't taken the time to read the manual. My favorite situations were when people came in with remote controls, bitching and complaining, and 9 times out of ten, the batteries were dead, or in backwards, we always joked that people should have to take a test before they were allowed to buy electronics.
