I feel like 95% of rappers suck live. The best ones I saw was the Goodie Mob when they were on tour with Fishbone and De La Soul (no joke, it was a rediculous tour). They had a live band and they sounded great. I really wanted to see the Cash Money Millionaires at their peak though- if you have enough fireworks, ferarri's driving on stage, and platinum helicopters coming down from the ceiling you don't have to be that ill...
