in like 1999 the building was being renovated by etrade.com. And they never moved in.
the dotcombomb hit. All the Chairs and desks are from etrade. We got them thrown in to the deal for almost nothing.
It is very spooky to see all the etrade logos on the walls and conference rooms and dust all over them.... none of it used.
But ya... it is a cool place and will be great when renovated.
