SEO requires two forms of optimisation, on site - the code needs to be optimised (not META KEYWORDS or DESCRIPTION because they DONT WORK ANY MORE) instead your site should be logically coded to provide emphasys to phrase families. OFF SITE optimisation is the development of inbound links from sites with a high page rank.
