Tim...
I'm going to say a small prayer in your favor (whether you believe in that thing or not)... so sad -- you're one of those people that i wish I could just do everything for. :)
... erok...
*Big Hug* from a dude. :) You get a prayer also.
If you take away anything from this thread - take away the fact that you're not alone in your problems. That usually brings comfort to me when I'm sitting in my apartment alone at 2 in the morning wondering why I even bother.
Tomorrow's always going to be there - It'd be nice if you were there too.
Therapy helps - and sometimes it takes time for the therapy to work. The meds are very useful if it's something chemical.
It sounds like you've got some childhood crap -- which HAS ALWAYS held me back from being what I really can be. But if you grab those issues - embrace them -- and learn and grow from them, then tomorrow will be a better day - because you'll still be here.
Understand that you can't get rid of some things in your life (imperfections, bad habits or past events that you can't erase). There are some things you can't change - accept them into your life... and work on them if you can - but don't beat yourself up if you fail or if you feel horrible for who you are.
In the meantime - do something different / special for yourself today. Make sure it's a moment for you.
Don't let sadness win. Take a deep breath... you're loved.
;)
