Eat a lot, but you should eat the right things. I try and eat at least 6 to 7 servings of a raw fruit, legume/vegetable each day. However, I also work out 5 out of the 7 days for 1.5 hours. Muscle toning and cardiovascular excercises. The higher the metabolism the more you need to eat.
