can do the paypal thing yeah.
if you know php, can set a cart up with a checkout of total price to paypal.
another is that you can also use the oscommerce (free) thing. but if your php & mysql skills are weak, good luck. customizing the interface. otherwise its a simple install. can do it via the web too.
